Delivery, Set-up & Collection
We offer a fixed rate* for delivery, set up and collection based upon the distance of the venue from our Newcastle headquarters. This starts at just £10 inc VAT for bookings within a 10-mile radius. Our technician will set up the equipment so that it is ready to use at your event and provide a full demonstration if required.
The collection will usually be made either after the event ends or the following day. Please see our rates below.

Customer Collect & Return
Many of our most popular hire products are available to collect and return from our premises in Brunswick, Newcastle upon Tyne. Both collection and return are by appointment only. Suitable times will be agreed prior to booking. See our address and how to find us here.
Please note that identification in the form of a driving license or passport must be presented by the hirer upon collection and a security deposit will be required, the amount of which will be advised at time of booking.

AV Technician Service
Most of our systems are user friendly and many of our customers enjoy the hands on operation of the equipment and having total control of music and media at their event. There is no doubt however that a professional AV technician can elevate an event to the next level and help ensure that things go off without a hitch. They can take care of all audio visual requirements, making sure they are carried out to maximum effect whilst leaving you free to concentrate on other aspects of your event. More details here.
