Delivery, Set-up & Collection

We offer a fixed standard rate* for delivery, set up and collection based on the distance from our Newcastle headquarters. Our technicians will set up the equipment so that it is ready to use at your event and provide a full demonstration if required. The collection will usually be made either after the event ends or the following day.

 *Standard rate. Extra charges apply for large bulky items or where additional equipment or manpower is required to set up equipment. Excludes corporate event packages, large TV screens, display boards, portable stages and festoon lighting installations. A minimum order value may apply in certain areas. Any extra charges will be advised prior to booking.
